CLA Meridian Capital Adds Greg Powell as Managing Director & Co-Lead of CLA Meridian Capital’s Architecture, Engineering, & Construction (AEC) Services Team

SEATTLE, WASHINGTON – CLA Meridian Capital(“CLA Meridian Capital”), a leading independent middle market M&A advisory firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Greg Powell as Managing Director and co-lead of our Architecture, Engineering, & Construction (AEC) Services Team. Greg is based in Raleigh, North Carolina, and will work collectively with CLA Meridian Capital’s offices in Seattle, Salt Lake City, Portland, and the Bay Area.

The addition of Greg, and the added presence in Raleigh, further deepens CLA Meridian Capital’s sub-sector coverage of AEC Services and strengthens the firm’s ability to serve clients across the U.S. and internationally.

Greg brings over 20 years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance. Prior to joining CLA Meridian Capital, Greg founded and led the Architecture, Engineering, and Environmental Services M&A practice at FMI Capital Advisors for nearly a decade. Previously, Greg worked in investment banking at Deutsche Bank in New York City and for the boutique M&A firm Wiley Capital Advisors. Greg received his MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business. Prior to earning his MBA, Greg received a BA in Economics from UCLA. He holds his Series 63 and Series 79 licenses with FINRA.
