Tim is a Vice President at Meridian Capital, where he advises technology companies on mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, and strategic advisory assignments. He brings deep expertise across the software, tech-enabled services, and communications technology sectors, helping founder-led and privately held businesses achieve successful outcomes.
Tim has advised on transactions ranging from $20M-$1B+, supporting clients through critical inflection points in growth and liquidity. His prior experience includes roles at D.A. Davidson within their technology investment banking group and Deloitte Consulting, where he focused on financial modeling and pricing for technology engagements.
Education & Certification
Tim graduated with honors from the University of California, Irvine’s Paul Merage School of Business with a B.A. in Business Administration. He holds his Series 79 and Series 63 licenses with FINRA.
Community Service and Involvement
Tim grew up in Southern California before relocating to Seattle. He is an active member of ACG Y20, a sub-group of the Association for Corporate Growth dedicated to young professionals. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, hiking, and traveling.
