Professional Experience
Scott joined CLA Meridian Capital in 2023, where he supports transaction execution and client engagement across the deal lifecycle. He brings over 20 years of experience in M&A advisory and investment banking.
Most recently, Scott spent more than a decade leading M&A transactions for healthcare services companies. Earlier in his career, he worked at Bear Stearns across the M&A, leveraged finance, and financial sponsors groups, and began in middle-market direct lending at Prudential Capital Group, focusing on mezzanine debt and structured equity.
Education & Certification
Scott holds a BS in Business from the State University of New York at Geneseo and an MBA from the University of Rochester.
