Professional Experience
Randy brings over 25 years of investment banking experience to CLA Meridian Capital and has completed 75+ transactions worth more than $12 billion over the course of his career.
Previously, Randy was President at Orca Capital where he joined as a Managing Director in 2014. Prior to Orca, Randy was a Director in Citigroup’s Technology Investment Banking Group in Palo Alto, CA. His clients include companies from the technology, consumer products, food and beverage, manufacturing, business services, and distribution sectors.
Before his time at Citigroup, Randy was an Army Aviation officer and helicopter pilot.
Education & Certification
Randy received his MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA, where he graduated with honors and a concentration in finance. Prior to earning his MBA, Randy received a BS in Mechanical Engineering (Aerospace) from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
Community Service and Involvement
Randy serves as a board member and treasurer for the Association of Uncrewed Vehicle Systems International (AUVSI) Cascade Chapter, a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to the advancement of uncrewed systems and robotics. A native Oregonian, Randy lives with his wife and twin daughters in Portland. He is an avid skier, golfer and overall movie buff.
