Professional Experience
Kendell is a Vice President at Meridian Capital, where he advises technology and business services companies on mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, recapitalizations, and strategic initiatives from the firm’s San Francisco location. He has extensive experience executing transactions for founder-led, privately held, and venture-backed businesses across sub-sectors within artificial intelligence, vertical software, and tech-enabled services.
Kendell possesses a deep understanding of the key factors that drive valuation and the complexities of buyer behavior. His expertise is supported by established relationships with strategic and financial investors which, when combined with his market insight, enable him to consistently deliver outstanding client results.
Education & Certification
Kendell graduated from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business with a B.A. in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance. He holds FINRA Series 63, 79, and 82 licenses.
Community Service and Involvement
Kendell supports community outreach programs such as Camp Goodtimes. He is an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) San Francisco Chapter as well as Young ACG. Outside of work, Kendell is an avid golfer, skier, and supporter of Seattle sports.
