Professional Experience
Josh Hoffman joined CLA Meridian Capital in 2025, where he supports transaction execution and client engagement across the deal lifecycle. He brings over 12 years of experience in M&A advisory and investment banking.
Prior to joining CLA Meridian Capital, Josh worked at Brown, Gibbons, Lang & Co. in the services, infrastructure, and environmental M&A group. He has also held investment banking roles at Capello Global and Greif & Co., advising private companies on M&A and capital raising transactions.
Education & Certification
Josh holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA in Economics from Amherst College. He maintains his SIE, Series 79, and Series 63 licenses.
