Geoff Haydon

Professional Experience
Over the course of his over 10-year investment banking career, Geoff has advised clients across an assortment of industry segments, including consumer products and manufacturing and distribution. He has advised business owners and entrepreneurs on middle market transactions totaling more than $1 billion, including sell-side and buy-side advisory, recapitalization, growth equity, and strategic advisory engagements. Prior to Meridian Capital, Geoff was an investment banker with Moss Adams Capital in Seattle and Orange County, California and JP Morgan in New York.
Education & Certification
Geoff is a graduate of Washington and Lee University, where he earned a B.S. in business administration. He holds Series 7 and Series 63 licenses with FINRA.
Community Service and Involvement
Geoff currently serves on the board of Green Grass Foods, maker of nutpods dairy-free creamer, and as an advisory board member to Moonstone LLC, owner of women’s footwear brand FLOGG. Geoff grew up in the southeast (Charleston, South Carolina and Atlanta, Georgia) before moving to Bellevue, Washington at age 10 and attending Seattle Prep, where he played tennis. Outside of work, Geoff enjoys spending time with his wife, Madeline, and two daughters, Emily and Claire, and following English Premier League soccer.
