Professional Experience
As Vice President, Human Capital & Operations at Meridian Capital, Colleen serves as a strategic business advisor by leading talent management programs and advising on best practices. Prior to joining Meridian Capital, Colleen was a Vice President of Human Resources at LRES Corporation, a West Coast based financial services company. Colleen began her career as a librarian and transitioned to human resources based on her passion to lead and inspire others while fostering rich and inclusive cultures through creative initiatives.

Colleen received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Santa Cruz. She holds a certification in Human Resources Management from Cal State Fullerton, and a SHRM-CP credential from the Society for Human Resource Management.
