Chuck Wilke
Professional Experience
A founding principal of Meridian Capital, Chuck has had more than 20 years of experience in CEO-level operating positions. Before founding Meridian Capital in 1995, he was president and CEO of the Raleigh USA Bicycle Company, where he was responsible for the major restructuring of the business, including several M&A transactions. Prior to joining Raleigh, Chuck was president and CEO of Gerry Baby Products Company. Under his direction, the company expanded annual sales from $1 million to $100 million. During his tenure, he led a management buyout of the company, four acquisitions, and the eventual sale of Gerry Baby Products to Huffy Corporation. He is currently a member of the boards of Pacific Market International, Brock International, and Balfour Senior Living.

Chuck is a graduate of the University of Redlands and has an MBA degree from the Johnson School of Management at Cornell University.
Community Service and Involvement
Chuck is a trustee of the University of Redlands and serves on several advisory boards for the university. Born in Los Angeles, Chuck currently resides in Seattle and is an active bicyclist and skier; he pursues his golf game whenever the weather allows.
