As a buyer, what you hope for from an investment banker representing the seller is experience, professionalism, and an ability to manage the process efficiently. What we saw with Patrick and the rest of the Meridian team was all of that and then some. While they were uncompromising when it came to keeping the seller’s best interests in mind, they were also unrelenting in ensuring the process was managed efficiently and fairly. We’re looking forward to doing many more deals with them!
