Meridian Capital Advises Meridian Fire on Its Sale to Summit Fire Protection

SEATTLE, WASHINGTON – Meridian Capital (“Meridian”), a leading independent middle-market investment bank and M&A advisory firm, is pleased to announce the acquisition of its client, Meridian Fire and Security, LLC (“Meridian Fire” or the “Company”) by Summit Fire Protection Co. a subsidiary of SFP Holdings, Inc. (“Summit”) on December 2nd, 2024.
Meridian Fire, headquartered in Centennial, Colorado, is a leading provider of fire & life safety services in the intermountain region. The Company services a diverse customer base of municipalities, building owners, property managers, general contractors, electrical contractors, and construction companies across the commercial, industrial, educational, government, military, and correctional facilities end-markets. Additionally, the Company serves as a sole-source fire protection solutions provider for customers, offering systems install, repair and maintenance, inspection, testing, and monitoring services.
