Seattle, WA – October 30, 2025 — On October 3, 2025, M/E Engineering, P.C. (“M/E”) or the “Company”), merged with Salas O’Brien (“Salas”). Meridian Capital (“Meridian”), a leading independent middle-market investment bank specializing in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) market, served as the financial advisor to M/E.
