SEATTLE, WASHINGTON – March 12, 2024 – Meridian Capital (“Meridian”), a leading independent middle market M&A advisory firm is pleased to announce the promotions of seven colleagues, and the addition of two experienced hires to our Seattle office.

Welcome New Hires:

Tim Johnson joins Meridian as a Senior Associate, focused on the technology sector. Previously, Tim was an Associate at D.A. Davidson & Co. where he executed M&A and capital raising transactions for software, technology, and business services companies. Tim graduated with honors from The University of California, Irvine with a B.A. in Business Administration.

Max Blake joins Meridian as the company’s primary Accountant. In addition to accounting, Max has taken on responsibilities in IT project management and system process improvement. He is from Shoreline, Washington and received a BA in Economics from the University of Washington. Max comes from a diverse professional background having worked at startups in California, Texas, and New York over the last 5 years.
