Meridian Capital Partners with Food Lifeline for Food Frenzy Summer 2019

Working to end hunger is serious business! This summer we have partnered with Food Lifeline for their 2019 Food Frenzy. Our job is to help raise awareness, funds and support to help solve this problem.
Did you know that in Western Washington alone, 1 in 8 people are suffering from hunger? 1 in 5 of those are children. At the same time nearly 40% of the food produced in our country ends up in landfills. Something is not working.
Summertime is a serious problem for children who benefit from state funded meals at their schools. No school = no food. So what can you do?
