SEATTLE, Wash. — On June 30, 2026, Warmly announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by HubSpot. CLA Meridian Capital served as the exclusive financial advisor to Warmly in connection with the transaction.

Warmly is a leading provider of person-level website intent, enabling B2B companies to identify and engage otherwise anonymous website visitors. The company’s platform converts intent into action: its Inbound Agent engages visitors through personalized conversations, meetings, and follow-up, while its TAM Agent extends that motion beyond the website, engaging ideal-fit buyers earlier in the purchasing journey. Each interaction contributes additional context and learning, improving the relevance of subsequent engagements.

HubSpot has spent more than two decades building an integrated platform for the customer journey, with hubs, data, workflows, and products designed to operate in concert rather than requiring customers to assemble numerous disconnected systems. The acquisition reflects a shared conviction that the next generation of go-to-market will be executed by people and agents operating as a single system, with agents carrying context and learning from outcomes, and people contributing judgment and expertise. Existing Warmly customer contracts, pricing, account teams, product experience, and integrations remain unchanged, and over time Warmly’s context and agent capabilities are expected to extend across HubSpot’s customer platform.
