Professional Experience
Michael Yoon joined CLA Meridian Capital in 2025 where he provides M&A transaction, equity and debt financing, and client engagement support across the firm’s Consumer and Industrials teams. Previously, Mr. Yoon worked for B. Riley Securities where he engaged middle-market clients across a variety of sectors. He began his career as a consultant at Deloitte advising clients on their technology infrastructure.
Education & Certification
Mr. Yoon earned his BS in Economics with minors in Finance and Accounting from the University of California San Diego. He maintains Series 79 and Series 63 licenses with FINRA.
