Professional Experience
Steven Meader is a Vice President at CLA Meridian Capital, where he advises clients in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) Services sector. He has 5+ years of experience in M&A and transaction advisory, investment banking, and financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side engagements.
Previously, Steven worked in the Deal Services Group at CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA), as an analyst at Piper Sandler, and in the financial services assurance group for PwC.
Education & Certification
Steven earned a B.Acc. from the University of North Dakota. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Minnesota and maintains SIE, Series 79, and Series 63 licenses with FINRA.
Community Service and Involvement
Steven is based in Minneapolis and is originally from Stillwater, MN. He volunteers with CROSS Services to support local families and individuals in need, and is involved with ACG Minnesota.
Outside of the office, Steven enjoys golfing, fishing, hunting, skiing, watching Vikings football, spending time at the lake with his wife, and being with family.
