Brandon Leyert Promoted to Co-Head of Meridian’s ENC&BP Practice

Meridian Capital is excited to announce that Brandon Leyert has been promoted to Co-Head of the Engineering, Construction and Building Products (ENC&BP) practice at Meridian. For the past 5+ years, Brandon has provided substantial and impactful advice to many leading residential, commercial, and industrial engineering, construction and building products companies who are going through transactions. While Brandon has principally served clients through a sell-side capacity, he has also advised companies on transaction readiness, valuations, buy-side and corporate finance activities.
